The CF1's are cheaper and they are all carbon fiber only available in single/non beadlock formats.

All front rims from Hiper are either single or non beadlock regardless if they are tech 3's or CF1's.

In order to get a dual beadlock rear you have to order tech 3's..

Tech 3's have the dual beadlock rear option. The CF1 only comes in single/non beadlock format .

So would it be that the billet center is just stronger?

I would go with the tech 3's.  I feel better about the strength of the billet center.
