« on: June 17, 2011, 12:08:14 PM »
Stupid question but im not sure. Will a throttle lever and housing for a 660 work for the 700? We are concerned about it effectivng the power, torque or whatever. If you know anything please help! :) Thanks!

probably? they are USUALLY quite interchangeable. Length would be the big question. That is what would affect the power. too short, throttle gets pulled...Ive been there. :help: not cool.

my old 660 cable got in a bind when I turned it full left.

I don't see why it wouldn't either.. I know one of the big things people do is replace yamaha throttle housings w/ ones from hondas because they are a bit easier on the hands.
