Helmet cam: Any regrets?
« on: April 10, 2011, 10:36:51 PM »
What do you have, what do you wish you had and why?
I want a helmet cam and have studdied more than I should have about them. It's getting close to time for me to pull the trigger and just buy one.

We have the Vholdr Contour 1080P. Pretty awesome camera once you get a large memory card and a computer that can handle the high processing speed. We were a little behind the times. LOL! Awesome picture and sound quality even when hauling much ass!! The goggle strap attachment is pretty cool, because you can easily take it off and hook it to your buddies helmet so they can get video of you too.

Never thought about switching cameras so buddies can takes vids of me riding. Damn it. I almost made my mind made up on the GoProHD.
Maybe I should just go with the handycam and duct tape.

i got the contour 1080p. comes with too small a card for 1080p, not enough video time. for 300 bucks it should. otherwise its very nice video quailty.
