Aftermarket pipes are typically made with thinner walled material than the stock pipes, and glowing is not uncommon when left at idle for a time or riding slowly.

But you could probably use some more fuel on the bottom, try richening up the fuel screws.

yep. But if you are going to leave it unplugged, I suggest sealing it somehow. As water/mud may splash into the connector and short out, causing it retard timing. All that sensor does is keep you from revving the motor with brake on.  :thumbs:
