BOG IDLE TO 1/4 THROTTLE - UPDATE
« on: June 22, 2008, 11:15:44 AM »
OK I went riding today it has been a while.  I still have my bog right from idle to 1/4 with airbox lid on.  I installed the uni inserts and it didn't help. I did learn a little today I removed my airbox lid and the problem went away it appears. My questions are as follows.

1. I have a 25 pilot if I choose to leave the air lid on should I go back to stock 22.5 pilot to fix my problem would this help?

2. Leave the lid off and my question would be what setup should I use I have a K&N filter that I believe that I would have to change due to no lid -- what would be the best option to run with no lid -- outerwears etc???? also best place to purchase.

you help would be apprecitated.

defanitley run an outerwears if you plan on keeping the lid off with a k&n... also another thing to look out for with the lid off, the lid is designed to hold the filter on, so youll have to find a way to keep it in place otherwise it will bounce off when you hit a bump and wont run... im just screwing mine into the airbox
