Just had my bike on a dyno, no correction factors, the shop runs 14" rim car wheels on the quads to they knobblies don't bounce the whole show around, & they know their stuff with the dyno.
I have a CP 11.1:1 piston
stage II hotcam
mild porting
CT Sonic Exhaust
K&N filter (no lid)
& AMR ignition & coil.
I got:
28hp @ 4000rpm
46.7hp @ 7500rpm
42hp @ 9200rpm.
These are real world numbers, & possibly they could have been slightly higher with normal diameter wheels, but I'm pretty darn happy with them.
For comparison on the same dyno
a stocker made 34hp @ 6000rpm
& 16hp @ 8700rpm.
a big money 770 made a whole 57hp.
I will post the dyno curves when I get them (being emailed to me)
Anyone else prepared to do the same?
Be interesting to see some real-world dyno charts along with a breakdown of the mods done.
