oil change

went to change my oil today and the bolt is snapped pretty crazily, now i didnt do it - the original owner must have.. think I can find a big enough alan wrench to fit in there? any other suggestions

also once i get it out im going to buy a replacement OEM one (anyone know if part number 1S3-15189-00-00 is the replacement one?)

talk to steve at TQS, He has magnetic replacements that uses a 12mm head.  Makes it nice because then the oil tank and case drains are the same size.

Are you sure they are? I know mine takes 2 different sizes...or are the thread sizes the same?

That's the guy you're lookin for. If you don't have an allen the correct size you could do like I do for the crank big allen cover on the left side of the case. I took a bolt head that fits in there and then double nutted the bolt and use that to get it on/off. :) way cheaper than buying 1 allen wrench.

Thanks for all the help fellas.  :thumbs:  Going to try to find a place that has it on stock and hopefully my tires come in by Friday so i can go ripping.
