CCP owners

Well this product has been out for awhile.  Any complaints so far?  I need to add a stabilizer and I wanted to see how they have been holding up.  Preddy, your comments don't count because you went tweaker style and tried to take yours apart as soon as you got it.

Mine is doing just fine. No  complaints. The only thing I MIGHT complain about is is there is no set screw that sets it to the stem. It has not been a problem for me what so ever, but I would like the extra insurence that it wont slip on the stem.
Just a little 81hp trail bike.

Even though your a tweaker and your comments don't count.     So how does it set to the stem?

probably a clamp that wraps around the stem.

The Precision has a nice set screw. I'm sure you could drill/tap a hole on the CCP and put a allen head set screw in.

I might do that.  I'm still unsure about the ccp.  I love the price but I want to make sure it's as good as the precision.

I had a PEP stick style and the two are'nt even in the same league!! I honestly could not see how the prec. stabilizer could be any better. Mine has taken some hard hits and still has not moved.

I didn't get on it too hard so I didn't get to see what it really felt like.  If I don't have it in september I'll take it for another ride.

I'll have to look at it again, It has more adjustment I know, but I'm not sure what they are.
