Just try it Randy... it really turned out great! Besides 2 of the cans of chicken broth go into the potatoes replacing the water that would be used in the potatoes, so calm down!

You could try to cut the recipe in half or just make it and freeze whats leftover for a quick meal on another night.

I may haev to. But like NR, I would use real potatoes. So maybe use chicken base/Stock instead of broth?

If you added 2 cans of chicken broth to regular mashed potatoes.. Youd have a liquid soup.... ::)

Not if you made a lot. Unless you like dry lumpy mashed taters adding liquid will make them smooth and creamy.

Okay I am done arguing with you GeekSquad!

doesn't sound so bad if you say it in kilograms

5 lb

I'll go with the 2.3 rather than the 5!

If necessary cut the recipe in half, I don't know how it will turn out but it should be fine. Or like I said earlier FREEZE the left overs for a quick dinner on a different night.
