so i got my new FCI intake with box.....and to say the least i'm pretty pissed.

so when i opened up my package i got with my new intake in it. i noticed instantly that there was a hole in the intake tube, which i am pissed off about. there is also a chuck of plastic that apparently was melted and then fused itself to the inside of the tube.  so i don't know if i should take the dremel tool to the piece of plastic inside the tube and then cover the hole with silicone. the only thing i'm worried about is that the hole will open up into something worse and i won't notice it until it's too late. and that i will be making a rough spot on the inside of the tube with the dremel and make a spot of resistance for air flow. what do you guys think i should do?

so as you can see i'm not too happy about all this. what do you guys think i should do?
