I have step by step pics of the process to change it out if you need them G.  Its not a hard project but sometimes it helps.

Installed mine today. Was pretty easy. Took about half an hour. Then again, I've also taken off my plastics so much I could do it blindfolded  8)

I really felt a difference in the steering. Extremely lighter.

Thanks Karen and RS for getting this together  :clap:

For the record, this was my stem after less then 10 rides.
Notice the pitting. I've never seen such a highly used part so horribly designed for maintenence.
