JETTING QUESTION - LOOKING FOR SOME DIRECTION
« on: May 22, 2008, 09:57:35 AM »
I Have a 2005 Raptor 350 installed a Hotcam stage 1, White brothers E2 Exhaust, and a K&N filter.  I installed a 25 pilot jet, 155 main/3 turns out on a/m mixture screw and on my last ride I had a sputter in between 1/2 throttle to full I need to ride again to narrow down the location. I now have installed an 157.5 main and have not ridden yet my question is am I going in the right direction on jetting or should I be coming down. I never had this problem since I installed the Hotcam and messed with the jets.  I also live in Pittsburgh, PA  roughly 1200 ft asl.

In the summer/spring you should be around 155-160. In the winter, you shouldn't have to change it. Ride it and report back.
