Warrior Won't Start
« on: January 22, 2009, 11:42:57 AM »
Hello all. This is my 1st post. I've got an 03 Warrior that I've put a new battery and soluniod(sp) in. When I push start all I get is a clicking noise at the soluniod(sp) engine won't turn over. All the lights work and I can bump start it and it runs fine. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Welcome aboard, I'm gonna move your post into the Raptor 350 (Same as Warrior for the most part) so more people with a similar quad can help.

Check your battery cables for corrosion and look to make sure all of the connections are tight.

Have you tried jump starting it? Just try and see what happens. I have two Warriors one for 18 yrs and any starting problems have always been in the battery or connections. If the solenoid is clicking it is getting power just not enough.

With the new battery on a full charge the lights work, it clicks but no start. I will check the connections again make sure they are tight. I know there is a fuse next to the solenoid, I will check also.
Thanks
