I know this is an old topic, but its often overlooked by n00bs like myself when buying a used ATV that might not have been treated well in its last life..  :grin_nod: I read this and printed it off today for my homemade shop manual. I found my frontend to be WAAY off.. nearly  an inch in the toe and the overall alignment was off as well.
