Code=extremely small gas vapor leak

This code keeps popping on my '03 ram1500 4.7L 4x4.  I changed the Gas cap, checked vacum lines/tubes WTF 

I hate check engine lights  :'(

check the filler neck running to the tank that might be the culprit

I get the same code on my 03 2500 5.7 ram. I just thought it was the gas cap. I reset it with the superchips tuner and forget about it.

Sometime those codes won't turn off immediately. I have read that they can stay on until the next fill up or three short trips.

do you have access to a smoke machine? ther is a port located by fire wall if i remember correctly with a green cap. connect smoke machine there and wait for leaks  may be solinoid they are knowen for that

that's exactly what i was going to say. have someone "smoke" the system and they will find your leak. i had this problem on my old chevy blazer and it was a small leak around the seal of the pick-up in the tank.

Cheapest I found to smoke the system is $100.00 and they said there's no gaurentee that they'll find it 

that's exactly what i was going to say. have someone "smoke" the system and they will find your leak. i had this problem on my old chevy blazer and it was a small leak around the seal of the pick-up in the tank.

catch some guy at the dealer and tell him you are interested in getting all you work done there blah blah blah and they should but you a break. if they cant find it with a smoke machine they should be hit in the head with a tack hammer.
