Valve Clearances for different Cams
« on: September 23, 2008, 08:02:35 AM »
I was thinking about this and may be a good thing to put up..

If you have a certain cam, could you post up the clearances that the intake/exhaust is supposed to be set for. May be a good helpful resource.  :)

I'll just update the first post to keep it all together.

Hey Krandell

Stock
     intake     (.005 in)   ~ 0.13 mm
     exhaust   (.008 in)   ~ 0.20 mm

Just to maybe straighten out any head scratchers.

Hot Cam Stage 3
     Intake:       .1mm
     Exhaust:     .18mm

The piston has nothing to do with valve clearances.
