Alba Action SUCKS
I've been working on replacing my clutch, and I pulled a bonehead move and accidentally broke one of the posts, that holds the springs, off of the pressure plate. My fault. No problem, i'll order a new one. So, I shop around for the best deal and I decide to go through alba action. I buy the part for $35.00 and pay extra ($23.00) for 2-5 day shipping for a total of $58.00. It takes them 11 days to get the part to me, and then the damn thing breaks while i'm installing according to Yamaha 's specs. I wanted to throw up. So, I called my local dealer and told him my problem and he ordered me a new one that he said would be in my hand by Friday afternoon for the same price as alba action. Problem solved. Now I turn my attention to alba actions customer service. The caption at the top says it all, They SUCK. They said Yamaha would not warranty any OEM parts purchased through them and they could do nothing to help me. No attempt to make it right. Beware of the customer service department at alba action, it's far from customer service. It's a customer F*%@ING.
