St. Anthony Labor Day
« on: August 11, 2008, 07:24:12 PM »
Didn't know if anyone is going to head out there around Labor Day.  It will be my first time there.  Planning on being there from Monday the 1st through Saturday the 6th.  Going to rent a house 4 miles east of BLM parking lot/campground.

Hope to meet some of you guys on here!  I know Hansen Performance will be there and will have to check their stuff out!

Be careful, that place is addictive.  There are some killer bowls and good hill climbs, but the overall duning experience is just awesome!  If there is any way for me to get there, I will.  I know joka is going to be there that weekend too, keep an eye open for him and his bunch.

Haha I bet Russ!  I have heard that place is pretty intimidating....that comes from a guy who knows KP very very well and I think that there are some spots at KP that are intimidating and he thinks they are nothing  :help:

We will be there the 28-02

Awesome!  I want to see your 12mil run and see if that is the route I want to go.  What bore size is yours?

We just had 1 more guy cancel so the trip might be off.   Is still looking for 1 more guy to share gas. My bore is 105.5 with a 14 to 1 piston.

Hmm that sucks!  Where do you live?

Cool, not sure how a stock bore with a 12mil long rod would run but guess we could find out haha.  So what actual compression are you at with the 12mil and 14:1 or do you have a lower compression piston but with the stroker, makes it 14:1.  Do you run 50/50 race and 87, 91 or full 110?

There is a guy running around over here with a 11mil stock bore. I haven't seen the bike or the dyno sheet but we used the same tuner and he said it did real well. I think his name is White Rider? Anyway I have a 14 to 1 piston and I believe Rocket Factory set it up to run right at 14 to 1. I think you will see these motors going higher in the next year. Im at sea level so I run 100% 110.
I live around Portland Or. I have had 2 trips to St. A planned this year but other things have come up.
